RESET for Men is for you if:

On paper, life looks fine, but internally you feel flat, restless, or stuck

You want a structured reset with other men, not another solo mission you abandon in week two

6 weekly live group calls (90–120 mins)
Calls are live and not recorded. Confidentiality is expected so men can speak freely
A clear weekly focus (clarity → consistency → confidence → direction)
Light weekly challenges between sessions (practical + doable)
Optional hot-seat coaching (bring a real issue, get coached)

Each week has one focus. You’ll leave the call with:
A clearer standard (what you will and will commit to)
One practical commitment for the week
Support and accountability between calls in the WhatsApp group (moderated)
Between group calls, you’ll complete light weekly challenges designed to build momentum. These will be practical, doable, and aimed at follow-through
Expect 10–20 minutes most days. Follow-through matters more than intensity.
The 6-week arc
We’ll adapt to the group as needed, but this is the spine of the program:
Week 1: Identity | reset self-image, name what’s true, stop performing.
Week 2: Standards | raise the bar, simplify commitments, rebuild self-trust.
Week 3: Boundaries | clean agreements, less guilt, more self-respect.
Week 4: Direction | turn drift into a plan: what matters now, what doesn’t.
Week 5: Discipline | consistency as identity: do what you said you’d do.
Week 6: Embodiment | make it lived: anchored, steady, forward.
Private WhatsApp group support (moderated)
You’ll be added to a private WhatsApp group for the cohort. This is where you’ll:
Check in on your weekly commitment
Share wins and friction points
Get support and perspective to keep momentum
I’ll moderate the group and provide guidance throughout the 6 weeks to keep it useful, grounded, and respectful.

Time commitment: 90–120 mins weekly + 10–20 mins most days for the challenge

If you need to cancel at least 7 days before the start, your payment can be credited toward a future RESET for Men cohort (valid for 12 months).
If you cancel less than 7 days before the start, your place remains reserved for this cohort.
Credits aren’t redeemable for cash.

No. This isn’t a fitness program, it’s a self-leadership program. Movement may be part of some weekly challenges, but you’ll choose something that fits your level and your body. The goal is momentum and integrity, not punishment.

It’s a short, relaxed chat to check fit. We’ll cover where you’re at, what you want, what’s been getting in the way, and whether RESET is the right next step. If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you.

Yes, I treat it that way, and I set clear group agreements around confidentiality. Like any group setting, I can’t control what someone does outside the room, so you’re always encouraged to share at a level that feels right for you.

No. This is coaching: practical, future-focused work on clarity, habits, decisions, and self-leadership. It’s not therapy and it’s not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you’re in crisis or need clinical support, I’ll encourage you to connect with the right professional.

Because places are limited and preparation is involved, payments are generally non-refundable. If something serious comes up, contact me ASAP. I’ll handle it fairly, including the option to transfer your place to a future cohort.
